Update: I have been refunded for both failed transactions. I am really begining to feel like this website is a scam. You said on your website that '''You are only charged for "Successful" orders.''', yet I have been charged for two separate orders whilst the orders were not successful and still pending. You also didn't send email alerts for the transactions which I think is strange. Can you please provide an update for my orders. I really didn't think mobile top-ups would take this long. The mobile numbers I entered are valid and the data options I selected are the ones you presented.
